Clindoc can extract the exercises you discussed in a consultation, match them to Wibbi’s clinically vetted video library, and send a personalised home program to the patient — without leaving the note.
Wibbi (formerly Physiotec) is a home exercise program platform. This is a paid add-on, not part of core ClinDoc, and it is separate from your practice management connection (Cliniko or manual mode).
Exercise plans with Wibbi cost £9 per user per month, or £90 per user per year. The add-on is available on the Monthly and Yearly plans. It is not available on the Daily plan. Paying for the add-on unlocks the Wibbi panel in Settings → Integrations.
What you get
When Wibbi is connected and the add-on is enabled, ClinDoc will:
- Extract exercises and dosages discussed during the recorded session
- Suggest a matching home program from the Wibbi library
- Let you review and adjust the plan before anything is created
- Assign the program to the patient from the note
- Sync patients with Wibbi (and with Cliniko, if that integration is also connected)
Nothing is sent without your review.
More integrations are on the way. If you use Power Diary, Halaxy, or another practice management system, contact us and we'll prioritise your platform.
Before you start
You will need:
- A Clindoc workspace on the Monthly or Yearly plan
- An existing Wibbi account for your clinic (you need the account username)
- Permission to manage billing and integrations (usually a clinic owner or administrator)
Cliniko is optional. Wibbi works with Cliniko connected or in manual mode.
How to connect Wibbi
Step 1: Request your CLM ID from Wibbi
Clindoc connects to Wibbi with two values: your CLM ID and the username of your Wibbi account. Wibbi issues the CLM ID, you cannot generate it in Clindoc.
Email support@wibbi.com and ask them to issue a CLM ID so your clinic can connect to Clindoc. Include:
- Your clinic name
- The username of the Wibbi account you will connect
- That you are connecting Wibbi to Clindoc
Keep the CLM ID they send you for Step 3. Your Wibbi username is the one you already use to sign in to Wibbi.
You can send the Wibbi email before paying for the add-on. The Integrations panel stays locked until the add-on is active, so have the CLM ID ready before Step 3.
Step 2: Pay for the add-on
- In Clindoc, go to billing / add-ons and enable Exercise plans with Wibbi for the users who need it.
- Confirm the add-on shows as active.
This unlocks the Wibbi card in Settings → Integrations. If you cannot see the card, the workspace is likely on the Daily plan, or the add-on is not yet enabled.
Step 3: Connect in Clindoc
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click the Wibbi card.
- Enter:
- CLM ID — the value Wibbi support sent you
- Username — the username of your Wibbi account
- Click Connect.
- Clindoc will validate the connection. This usually completes within a minute.
Your CLM ID and Wibbi username identify your clinic in Wibbi. Do not share the CLM ID in public channels.
Once connected, the Wibbi card will show a health status. Click Test at any time to confirm it is healthy.
Creating a home program
Once connected, the flow sits on top of a normal recorded session:
- Record the consultation as usual.
- After the note is generated press the “Generate HEP” button.
- Review the extracted/suggested exercise plan.
- Push the created plan to Wibbi and press the button “Open in Wibbi”.
- Adjust exercises, sets, or reps if needed.
- Send the program to the patient through Wibbi.
The patient receives the program with videos and instructions.
Syncing happens automatically on a regular schedule. If you need data immediately, use the Sync Now button on your integration card in Settings → Integrations.
What flows between the systems
- Clindoc → Wibbi: approved home exercise programs, matched to the patient
- Session → plan: exercises and dosages taken from the recorded consult, then matched to Wibbi’s library
- Patients: two-way. Wibbi can pull patients from Cliniko (when Cliniko is connected), and Clindoc also pulls patients from Wibbi
If two patients share the same full name, they can be matched incorrectly. Open the Patients page in Clindoc and resolve the mismatch there before sending a program.
Wibbi does not replace Cliniko. Notes still file to your practice management system (or stay in Clindoc in manual mode). Wibbi handles the home program and shared patient records.
Using Clindoc without Wibbi
Skip the add-on if you are not ready. You can still record sessions, generate notes, and use Cliniko or manual mode.
Enable Wibbi later from billing, then connect it in Settings → Integrations. Existing patients, appointments, and notes are unchanged.
Troubleshooting
The Wibbi card is missing from Settings → Integrations
- Confirm the workspace is on Monthly or Yearly, not Daily.
- Confirm the add-on has been paid for and is active. The panel stays locked until it is.
- Confirm your role can manage billing.
Wibbi has not sent a CLM ID
- Email support@wibbi.com again and mention you need a CLM ID to connect Wibbi to Clindoc.
- You cannot complete Step 3 without it.
“Connection failed” when entering CLM ID and username
- Check there are no extra spaces in either field.
- Confirm the username is the Wibbi account username, not an email unless that is the username.
- Confirm the CLM ID is the one Wibbi issued for Clindoc, not a different clinic identifier.
- Try connecting again.
Plans are not appearing after a session
- Confirm the Wibbi card is connected and healthy.
- Confirm the add-on is enabled for the practitioner who recorded the session.
- Check that exercises were actually discussed in the consult — the plan is extracted from what was said.
- Click Test on the Wibbi card.
Disconnecting an integration
Open the Wibbi card in Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect. Notes and patients in Clindoc are unchanged. New programs will not be sent until you reconnect.
